Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Collective EB (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By completing a purchase, you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.


1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason other than as expressly stated in this Policy.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If an item you receive is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Notification must include:

Order number,

Description of the damage/defect, and

Photographic evidence.

Failure to provide notice within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product as received.

Upon review and verification, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to either:

1. Replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you; or

2. Issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.


3. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product is unused and in its original packaging (if applicable).

The product has not been altered, washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.

Proof of purchase is provided.


4. Exclusions

This Policy does not cover, and no replacements or refunds will be issued for, the following:

Buyer’s remorse (including but not limited to change of mind, dislike of color, or size issues).

Normal wear and tear.

Damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.


5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your purchase.


6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
