Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Collective EB (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein.

 

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.

Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard and, where available, expedited shipping services. The method and carrier used will be determined based on order size, destination, and availability.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In certain cases, promotional free shipping may apply, subject to eligibility and geographic limitations.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the status of their shipments.


5. Risk of Loss & Title

All products are shipped FOB origin (Free on Board), meaning risk of loss and title pass to the Customer upon the Company’s delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

The Company shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to resolve such issues.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.

The Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer. Re-shipment costs, if applicable, shall be borne by the Customer.


7. International Shipping (if applicable)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

The Customer is solely responsible for any such fees. The Company is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.


8. Changes to Shipping Policy

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.

 

9. Pre-Orders

• Please note that items marked as "Pre-Order" may take up to 3-4 weeks for shipping. This extended time frame allows us to ensure high-quality production and fulfillment. Payment will be processed at the time of purchase to secure your item. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the potential delay in shipping.
